Our Founder – Joe Bastian, a Corporate Leader, who started his career as a Software Engineer in PCS Ltd. Mumbai in 1999 and who went on to take up corporate roles with MNCs as CISO & CIO in India and Abroad.
His leadership experience spans 3+ decades in Technology, Management, Software Design & Development, SAP, IT Risk Management, Systems Audits, ISO Certification Audits, Compliance.
He spearheaded the digital transformation for Galfar AlMisnad Engineering & Contracting WLL, a large engineering & contracting MNC in Doha; He won the CIO Award in 2018 in Qatar for his work on Digital Transformation at Galfar AlMisnad Engineering.
He served Alshaya Retail in Kuwait for 7 years as their Head of Information Security, responsible for 19 countries they operate in, including Kuwait, Russia, UK, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, to name a few.
He set up a Global IT Support Center in Bangalore for MH Alshaya Retail in Kuwait (the World’s largest Franchisee Retailer with 65000 staff, 4000 retail stores & $6.5 billion topline) as its Head of IT in Bangalore, and transformed it to a World Class support facility, providing Global IT Support to the global retail operations of Alshaya. He managed a team of 150+ IT Professionals as Head of the IT Division.
